Pricing
All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added and made clear to you before you submit your order. You may pay by PayPal Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, and Switch. Products and offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice prior. Product Descriptions
While we try our best to describe all our products with a photograph and description there may be colour and size variations. This is the nature of our products which are hand-made and use natural materials. Unlike factory produced items precision cannot be guaranteed and we feel this is what makes handmade items unique.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Earth Works Ireland until the invoice has been settled in full. Earth Works Ireland shall not be liable for any loss to the customer arising from any delay in transit however caused.

We do not guarantee that this web site will be compatible with all customers' PCs.
The web site is dynamic and regularly updated. Products and prices are subject to change. It is not permitted to create any link to this web site without our prior written consent.
Cancellations and returns
Returns
You may return your purchase (where we have accepted your order and delivered the product) if you notify us within the 7 working days following the day the product was delivered.
DO NOT POST THE PRODUCT TO US AT OUR ADDRESS WITHOUT CONTACTING SALES TEAM FIRST. We will send you full returns instructions (including an authorisation code) and refund details. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Postage must be pre-paid unless we authorise otherwise. Please also obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for non receipt of items
To return your purchase your product must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned. Goods that are damaged as a result of poor packing will not be credited to you.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- you cannot provide proof of purchase;
- the seal has been broken on any product;
- the product is returned in a condition or packaging other than that detailed above
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
Faulty Items
If there is a fault with your product you may return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Accepting orders and security
We will send you an e-mail confirmation when we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline your order.
All customer personal details are stored securely and payment details are encrypted.
