Carriage Free Orders

Orders over £75 will be carriage free to UK and Republic of Ireland 

Delivery to UK

Orders up to the value of £75 will be charged at £4.50 anywhere within the UK

Delivery to Republic of Ireland

Orders up to the value of £75 will be charged at £6.50 anywhere within the Republic of Ireland

EU (excluding Republic of Ireland) and Rest of World

Please contact our sales team for deliveries to EU (excluding Republic of Ireland) and Rest of World (excluding USA)

Processing Orders

We will try our best to process orders within one or two days of receiving them but please allow up to 10 working days for completion.  Our working week is Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding Public Holdays in Northern Ireland) We shall contact you should there be any untoward delay. 

Once dispatched deliveries are usually made within two days.

As part of our commitment to the environment and recycling we re-use packaging and boxes.

Cancellations and returns

Returns
You may return your purchase (where we have accepted your order and delivered the product) if you notify us within the 7 working days following the day the product was delivered. 

DO NOT POST THE PRODUCT TO US AT OUR ADDRESS WITHOUT CONTACTING SALES TEAM FIRST. We will send you full returns instructions (including an authorisation code) and refund details. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Postage must be pre-paid unless we authorise otherwise. Please also obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for non receipt of items

To return your purchase your product must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned. Goods that are damaged as a result of poor packing will not be credited to you.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

  • you cannot provide proof of purchase;
  • the seal has been broken on any product;
  • the product is returned in a condition or packaging other than that detailed above

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

Faulty Items

If there is a fault with your product you may return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
