They are made at a small family run workshop in Bali. This is a musical instrument and not suitable as a toy

Here the tradition of carving goes back many centuries and reflects in miniature the skills and craftsmanship of the Taj Mahal. The carved stone combines beauty with functionality creating heavy and chunky candleholders.

Dhyana-Contemplation of the Inner Self 12x12cm
Dhyana is a Sanskrit word describing a state achieved through the age old practice of Yoga - while there is no equivalent word in English it can be translated as Contemplation of the Inner Self. Each card has a stick of incense attached and a translation is provided on the reverse. This beautiful card is made from hand-made paper - recycled from cotton and decorated with petals and leaves grown organically at a small project in South India.

Oil Burner Comma Design in gorara stone
Hand-carved from palewa or gorara stone at a fair trade project in Agra near the Taj Mahal this burner is both beautiful and functional. The tradition of carving goes back many centuries and reflects in miniature the skills and craftsmanship of the Taj Mahal. The dish at the top is two thirds filled with water and 2 to 3 drops of pure essential oil added and then gently heated with a tealight in the base of the burner to give a beautiful aroma.
